'Paula' began working with YWCA Moncton when she was offered a unit through Moncton's Coordinated Access system. Paula built the necessary skills to navigate a rocky landlord relationship and learned how to be a good neighbor and tenant. She began working on her addiction recovery and attended programming at YWCA Moncton that helped her continue towards sobriety. After achieving sobriety, Paula and her partner had a healthy child and have moved into a more appropriately sized unit. Paula has been able to graduate from services and remains successfully housed with her child and partner.
