Community breakfast and launch of 9th Report Card on Homelessness in Greater Moncton

Shelter use in Greater Moncton increased by 10% in 2015, with 862 people who stayed in a shelter during the year, compared to 780 a year earlier. For the first time since we began to do these Reports Card, the number of people on the NB Housing waiting list for social housing was not available from Social Development. Those statistics are from the 9th Report Card on Homelessness in Greater Moncton, which was launched at a Community Breakfast for the Homeless on March 21st at Saint George's Anglican Church in downtown Moncton.
