Did You Know?

The YMCA ReConnect Street Intervention Program provides assistance through outreach to youth and adults who are homeless or at-risk of being homeless in an effort to increase their knowledge of available resources (i.e. food, clothing, shelter, education, employment and counseling) and to provide support in accessing them. In 2010, ReConnect saw a 25% increase in the number of people served through the program, from 3,500 drop-ins in 2009 to over 5,000 in 2010 (not unique individuals). For more information, call ReConnect at 506-856-4362 or visit 575 Main Street in Moncton.
